ASIAN GLAZED WINGS
Ingredients:
9 whole chicken wings
½ cup Marnita's Homemade Sweet Chili Sauce
½ cup all purpose flour
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. corn starch
½ tsp. pepper
Chopped scallion for garnish
Cooking Directions:
Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Separate each wing at the joint into 2 pieces. Place wings in a shallow dish and pour soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper over wings.
Toss well to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat cooking oil to 350 degree. Coat wings in flour. Deep fry wings 8 min. or until golden brown.
Remove and place on paper towel.
Mix Marnita's Homemade Sweet Chili Sauce with corn starch in a small pan. Heat pan on stove top at medium high, stirring constantly until thick.
Pour over wings. Garnish with scallions. Serve immediately.
